ENTEMARI

ENTEMARI
ISOLA DEI NURAGHI
Indicazione Geografica Tipica

Entemari, means “Seabreeze” in the Sardinian language. It highlights the distinctive influence the Mediterranean sea breeze and salt have on many of Pala’s white wines. It is also the Sardinian white wine with the greatest aging potential, which is why its production is limited to only the best vintages.

Grape Varieties: Blend of local indigenous white-grape varieties and international varieties

Altitude: 150m – 180m ASL

Vineyard Site: “Is Crabilis” (Ussana)

Vineyard age: 20-60 years, depending on the varietal.

Exposure: South, southeast

Soil: Clayey, Calcareous

Cellar Notes: Following pressing, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks with its natural yeasts. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is lightly clarified and aged on its noble lees in stainless steel for twelve months. Then, the wine ages in the bottle for several months before being released.

Tasting Notes: Bright straw-yellow color with delicate greenish reflections. Intense and persistent aroma, characterized by fruity notes of crisp green apple and subtle vegetal hints. On the palate, the wine is dry and pleasantly soft, showcasing a well-defined structure with a rich, persistent finish. Pairs beautifully with light appetizers, risottos, and grilled fish in light sauces.
