TALES FROM THE WINERY
A "wedding between East and West because of the two ancient vines Bovale and Syrah (or Shiraz)
and we liked the idea or Thesys (theory) of the western grape, Bovale, in Sardinia and the Eastern from the Middle east... combined with the theory of Atlantis-Sardinia. Departing and landing ports...the ancient city of Tiro in the middle east and the western Tiro in our island.
...is only a legend but so fascinating, as well as the coastal border south west of Sardinia, our sea, designed on the label...
